The Surrey Mid-Age Club Team Championship to be played in conjunction with the Mid-Age Championship. 

A Club must be affiliated to Surrey County and the players must have declared the Club to be their home Club for handicapping purposes.

The Players must be nominated from those Members of the Club who have been accepted to complete in the Surrey Mid-Age Championship.

No Player may represent more than one Club in any surrey team event in any calendar year.

The scores of the Mid-Age Club Championship will be the aggregate of the 18 hole scores returned by both players in a team.

There is no additional entry fee for this tournament.

Surrey Golf will notify Clubs by email of their eligible players as soon as the draw for the Surrey Mid-Age Championship is published.
