Rookie Tour - 2026

The Rookie Tour is for Junior golfers (Boys and Girls) aged under 14 on 31st December 2025, with a Handicap Index of 36.0 or below, and whose Handicap Index is maintained at a Golf Club affiliated to Surrey Golf.

To enter you will require your Player's WHS number - not that of the adult who is making the entry on behalf of the Player.

Please provide the email address of the Primary Adult contact for the Player. This email address will be used for all Rookie Tour communications - Please DO NOT use the Player's email address.

In addition to the £30.00 entry fee for each Rookie Tour event, there is also a registration fee of £25.00 payable at the time of entry. Note: If, after making your initial selection of events and paying for them, you decide you want to enter additional events, then please email rookietour@gmail.com to arrange entry and payment for the additional events, otherwise you will be charged another £25.00 each time you use the online entry system.

If an event that you want to enter is fully booked, then please email to request that your Player is added to the Reserve list.

Rookie Tour and JAGS Rules

JAGS Tour

The JAGS Tour is for Junior golfers (Boys and Girls) aged under 13 on 31st December 2025, with a Handicap Index between 36.1 and 54.0, or with no Handicap Index at all - the ability to play 9-holes of golf unaided is essential. Players must either be a Member of a Golf Club affiliated to Surrey Golf, or have their residence address in Surrey.

If your Player has a WHS number, please provide it as requested. If your player does not have a WHS number, please leave this entry form field blank.

All players wishing to enter the Rookie Tour must complete the relevant Rookie Tour or JAGS Tour entry form and a Player Profile & Parental Consent Form, which can be found by clicking on the link below.  Parents and players must also adhere to the relevant Codes of Conduct, found on the same page:

If you have already submitted a Player Profile & Parental Consent Form as part of the Surrey Development Programme, there is no need to complete another one.

Note: Your entry to the Rookie Tour or JAGS Tour is subject to completion of a Player Profile & Parental Consent Form.
