Surrey Golfer Luke Metcalf Wins the 2024 edition of the Bernard Darwin Youth Salver
Luke shot rounds of 72, 74, 69, 73 = 288 in some very testing conditions with heavy rain and strong winds.
Luke won by 5 strokes to runner up Toby Peters of Thorpe Hall and his round of 72 in round 1 was only bettered by one player in the field with a 71 and similarly Luke’s 3rd round of 69 was also bettered by only one other.
