Surrey Junior Boys Scratch KO Rules

The knockout will be played over 18 holes in a match play format.

All matches should be played over a course set up as if for a qualifying competition, off the club's medal competition tees of the day.

The finalists from the previous year's knockout will be seeded.

The home player in the match must offer at least three dates to their opponent to play the match. Whilst it is the responsibility of the home player to offer the dates, it is up to BOTH players to arrange the match.

It is expected that both players will mutually agree to play their match before the completion date of each round. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of both players, this is non-negotiable.

The winning player must notify the office once the match has been played.

Caddies are not permitted in any junior knockout, if one is used then the player will be disqualified.

All spectators must remain at least 25 metres from the players during the match.
