The competition is open to any mixed pair of Surrey Golf Club members, who are affiliated to Surrey Women's Golf and Surrey County Golf Ltd. There is no requirement for partners to be members at the same Surrey Golf Club. 

Matches will be played over 18 holes as a match play foursomes knockout.

Both players must be 18 years of age or over on the 1st of January 2025.

All players must have a WHS handicap Index and maximum combined Handicap Index of 44.0.

Cost of entry: £50.00 per pair.

Closing Date for entries: Monday 6th January 2025 (or maximum 64 pairs).
