Surrey golfer Angus Flanagan wins the Minnesota State Open title and breaks the course record at the Royal Cub in Lake Elmo in doing so.
During the trophy presentation Angus was invited to play in the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities later this month by the 3M Open Executive Director.
